ResumeReview is a free resource designed to help disadvantaged students and working professionals receive high-quality resume feedback from our team of successful partners to help them move forward in their career journey. Team members include high performing graduates of competitive schools (e.g., USC, UCLA) working in top industries (e.g., Tech, Consulting).

ResumeReview is founded by Matthew Tom, a strategy consultant at a leading consulting firm in Los Angeles, California. He graduated with honors from USC with a dual degree in Accounting and Law, History and Culture. He is active in mentorship for high school and college students, helping students achieve success in highly-competitive programs.
